Brinwood Shores at Lake Tawakoni

Brinwood Shores Clubhouse is available to all members.  The rental fee is $25.00 along with a $25.00 cleaning deposit, which will be returned after your get together, if left clean.  Host your next birthday party, family reunion, or get-together s here! Call Dennis to make your reservations.

Brinwood Shores has it's very own boat ramp. Please be sure to keep the gate locked upon entering and exiting. Keys are available by contacting Dennis Fritz, POA President.  Keys are controlled and only Home Owners who are current with their dues are eligible to have a key.  There is a $15.00 refundable deposit for a key and a $25.00 deposit for a second key.

We have our very own park available for use for picnics and fishing. Please pick up all trash upon leaving and keep gate locked upon entering and exiting.
